1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 6star platform — whether through the 6star.fun website or our mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 6star platform. Continued use following any amendment to these terms is considered acceptance of the updated version.

6star reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email.

2 Account Eligibility

Use of the 6star platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be 18 Years and Above to register and use 6star's services. We do not allow underage users under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Not a 6star representative: Employees, contractors, representatives, or immediate family members of any individual associated with 6star operations are not permitted to register a player account.
• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at 6star. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.

3 Account Registration & Security

When registering a 6star account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Information required during registration includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• Ensuring no one else uses your account.
• Notifying 6star immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process when requested.

The KYC process at 6star requires users to submit a valid government-issued ID (MyKad or passport) and proof of current address. This verification is to protect your account security and meet compliance requirements.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6star supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfers, interbank transfers, digital wallets, and crypto assets (USDT).

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• 6star does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Regarding withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10–30 minutes for standard members and under 5 minutes for VIP members.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the bank account or digital wallet registered and verified in your name.
• 6star reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold as a control measure.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6star offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to its own terms of use, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

General terms applicable to most 6star bonuses:

• Wagering requirement (rollover): Each bonus has a minimum wagering requirement before winnings can be withdrawn. This requirement will be explicitly stated in the promotional offer.
• Validity period: Most bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

6star reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Request from the user themselves to close the account.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 6star support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and there is no active investigation on the account.

9 Responsible Gaming

6star is committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their playing habits:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

• Losses resulting from internet service disruptions or technical issues on the user's end.
• Losses arising from account information being compromised due to user negligence.

6star's maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

6star prioritises the privacy of every member. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy of ours that form part of this agreement.
